MEQUON, WI D2 Sales, LLC today announced the installation of it's first leasing center information kiosk. The kiosk, created in conjunction with custom software provider Nanonation of Lincoln, NE, was built for Continental Properties of Menomonee Falls, WI. The unit
will be installed at Continental Properties' Springs at Orange Park leasing center, located in Jacksonville, Florida.
This custom leasing kiosk will be mounted in an exterior wall of the leasing center office to offer prospective residents after-hours information on the property - including floor plans, facility "virtual tours" and testimonials. The kiosk, similar to an ATM,
is equipped with a special high-brightness touchscreen monitor expressly for outdoor use.
"The kiosk as part of our 24-hour Leasing Center meets the needs of prospective residents by enabling them to visit our communities after hours when it meets their schedule", says John Allain, Director of Marketing for Continental Properties. John adds, " 'Taking
comfort in being home' is about paying attention to what's important to our residents and exceeding their expectations. The kiosk is just one way we're working to make life a bit easier for our residents and prospective residents."
