 When
GemEx, Inc., wanted to survey prospective diamond buyers
on how they see different grade diamonds, these diamond
experts came to D2 for both a creative design and custom
built technology. D2 used custom designed and assembled
lighting, hand built circuit boards and a one-of-a-kind,
custom fabricated oscillating display pedestal that replicates
the movement of a diamond ring worn on the hand to showcase
the stones. Five different diamonds are featured in the
theft deterrent custom case, which is housed in a matte
black kiosk enclosure. Survey participants answer survey
questions using the flat panel touchscreen above the case.
